Students once feel that they need to start preparing for Iit-jee but in the middle get lost. They get easily distracted and its not totally their fault but they need to understand the big picture and that will help to avoid distractions.
Many students just aren't able to decide their timetable and this causes their loss in intrest. I will tell you the techniques to do better with time you have.
Assuming you are in 11th or 12th and you go to school regularly for 6-7 hours approx.
You should
→ first do questions from question bank for 2 hours. It doesnt matter if you dont know the answer just try to solve.
If you are able to solve it then mark it easy
If you can solve it by watching the answer then mark it as medium
If you are not able to solve it even after seeing the answer mark difficult/hard.
Try to do 30 questions atleast
Then take break for 1/2 hr
→ Then for the medium and difficult questions, read their chapter as if you know nothing about it for 1 hour
Take break of 1/2 hour
→ After the break try to solve the same problems which you were not able to do in step 1. Time it down to 1.5-2 min per question.
This way you will have 4 hour of studies after school which will give you enough time for tution / relaxation
Try important chapters first then go down for less important chapters.
On holidays do this 3 steps 3-4 times.
Hope that I have helped you. If any querry ask in comments. Ciao :)
